The rehabilitation
programs, in their various modalities, are made up on the base that
the patient be diagnosed and have at his/her disposal recent complementary
studies supporting the said diagnosis.
At the moment of intake in the hospital the patient must bring the
outcomes of these studies, as well as the images from the carried
out tests.
If the patient has no diagnosis or the requested studies, it will
be required to carry out the tests needed according to the suspected
disease. These tests are not included in the proposed rehabilitation
programs.
If the patient suffers from other diseases concomitant to his/her
base pathology, they will be taken into consideration; and the program
will be modified according to the associated pathologies.
The proposed programs are useful for the orientation of the patient.
It is always indispensable the sending of the medical documentation
available with the aim of ratifying or modifying the corresponding
program.
The programs proposed below exclude: medication, disposable material
or any other medical action considered indispensable and which is
not included.
